Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead and complete EMSI's current service lines such as LEED, China Green building label
Certification, CxA and Energy services, etc in the region, which include team management,
Schedule development, project coordination and Budget Control, etc
2. Review the time budget for each project and track budget hours of each EMSI staff billing to
Project and secure project on budget; provide monthly “EMSI Technical Support” Report to
Client and have discussions with client as needed to keep project within hour budget in this
Category
3. Prepare professional presentations and deliverables for prospects and clients as needed
4. Serve as primary contact person to client during all phases of project work and work closely
With other functions and business partners to maximize the value to the clients and the Company
5. Work with EMSI and planners, architects, and engineers to identify and provide sustainable
Development recommendations and all services within the SOW
6. Monitor existing SOW and subcontracts to ensure compliance with contract terms; Negotiating and writing amendments as needed; ensuring the protection of knowledge Proprietary rights; satisfying the reasonable requests from the client
7. Work with Office Manager to insure clients are invoiced promptly for work completed, and Follow up with clients as needed to facilitate prompt payments
8. Make sure all work is done efficiently, within the time budget
9. Bind project management experience and develop management tools to rise up efficiency
10. Assist BD manager or regional GM of marketing promotion related tasks, such as Key
Account development and maintenance, etc.
11. Facilitate and maintain BD and market promotion related materials, including but not limited
To general BD presentations, project interview preparations.
12. Performing other job-related duties as required
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above degree in building services engineering or environmental sciences, such
as HVAC engineering, architecture etc
2. Familiar with Green Building related technologies, LEED rating systems, China green
Building label rating system and related technical areas; being capable to lead LEED Design
Workshop with technical staff’s support
3. above 4 years working experience in related industry with solid project management record
4. Excellent English both written and oral
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Good communication skills
