The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in recruiting to…….
1. Drive searches end-to-end forfunctional & managerial level positions
2. Work with clients understand position specifications
3. Create recruitment strategy
4. Search, assess, select candidates and manage offer process
5. Guide hiring managers and provide professional suggestion on selecting candidates
6. Partner with team to create pipeline of talent from middle to high levels

The applicants should possess……
1. College+ educational background
2. 3 – 10 years working experience with minimum 2 years of recruitment;
3. Ability to interact with all levels of candidates and clients
4. Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
5. Excellent oral and written communication
6. Diligent, confident and proactive
