Key Responsibilities
1.收集和整理供应商寄来的发票、付款申请单据、员工报销单据，并扫描到财务系统。
2.审核完整的外币支付文件。
3.审核员工报销单据。
4.整理装订会计凭证，以符合中国会计制度要求。
5.负责为供应商及内部申请人查询付款进度。
6.扫描增值税进项发票并上传到税务系统。
7.从电子口岸下载进口发票、关单，以及时上传到税务认证系统。
Essential:
1.大专以上财务、会计及相关专业毕业。
2.熟练掌握计算机应用及微软办公软件应用。
3.良好的书写及口头沟通能力。
4.诚实，责任心强，勤奋主动，虚心及有耐性，能在压力下工作。
Preferred:
5.具有一定的英文读写能力。
6.具有办公系统使用经验，如SAP， ORACLE等。
