1、负责公司年度生产计划、生产调度、生产管理及控制；

2、负责对生产、设备维护和维修、环境及安全生产的管理；

3、负责生产工艺流程的优化和改进，对生产管理控制；

4、负责生产日常管理及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

5、建立有协作能力的团队，积极与其他部门沟通交流的团队；

6、保证生产进度、产品质量、生产效率的不断提高；

7、完成公司年度生产目标，为企业制度良好的生产计划及生产制度。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，机械类专业优先；

2、3年以上中大型生产制造企业管理工作经验，有塑料行业生产管理经验优先；

3、熟悉注塑成型原理及生产流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理；

4、工作注重细节，节省生产成本，严格控制生产成本；

5、良好的组织、沟通、规划、控制能力，优秀的责任心。
