1.Incoming material quality control.
来料检验废料控制

2.Supplier PPAP control. Supplier performance statistical analysis .
供应商PPAP控制，供应商绩效统计分析

3.Lab daily management.
实验室日常管理
> measurement equipment calibration,
测量仪校正
>check fixture (CF) working instruction preparation.
检具作业指导书的制定
>check fixture maintenance
检具的维护
>lab test report review
实验测试报告评审

4. Assistant QA manager to make management system promotion , for example: TS16949
Including internal and external audit control.
协助QA经理推行体系，例如TS16949，包括内外审核。

5, MSA control.
MSA控制


职位要求：

1, Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
熟练掌握办公软件

2，Basic command of English
熟练的英文应用能力

3, Good knowledge of TS16949
熟悉TS16949

4, Characteristics: communication and organization skill is necessary.
乐于沟通，有较强的组织能力

5, Lab management experience is preferred
有实验管理经验则更佳

6, Working experience in stamping or welding manufacture plant is preferred.
有冲压， 焊接工厂的工作经验则更佳

7，Required Education college degree or above.
大专及以上学历

8，More than 4 year working experience in factory is preferred.
有4年以上工厂工作经验则更佳

9, TS16949 internal auditor is preferred
有TS16949内审核员资格证的则更佳

10, Familiar with TS16949 5 tool (such as: APQP, PPAP and Control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
熟悉TS16949的五大工具（如：APQP，PPAP，控制计划，FMEA，SPC，MSA）
