Primary tasks:

- Identify key customer insights and opportunities for growing engagement and revenue

- Create style and fashion contents (articles) both in English and Chinese on our social media platforms

- Daily review on Chinese and international fashion press /media with a weekly report on trends.

- Develop promotional programs to deepen loyalty and engagement across multiple customer segments. Drive membership, continuous recruitment of members who are likely to visit our community pages and/or visit and purchase on our websites.

- Grow the brand visibility/exposure online.

- Develop metrics, create dashboards, and report on results

- Independent planning and efficient implementation of online campaigns (display, search, SEO, social media) in the corresponding channels for the Chinese market.

- Day-to-day monitoring and optimization of ongoing marketing campaigns.

- Ability to provide strong input for new ads and steer the creation process will be an asset.

- Story Development/Messaging

- Writing press materials

- Research and reporting; monitoring for press coverage

- Organizing press assets, including maintenance of our brand media kit, images for use with press and all other press materials

Requirements:

- At least a bachelor degree.

- Previous experience in online marketing

-Strong interest in fashion is a must

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

- Excellent research and analytical skills

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Keen attention to detail and ability to dive deep matched with the ability to think big

- Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment will be a very strong asset
