Responsibility:

1. Expenses audit accountant mainly includes but not limits to:

· Expenses audit of Guangzhou employee under 3 legal entities;

· Air ticket reconciliation against travel agent record;

· Travel policy updates and communication with employee;

· New employee travel policy orientation training;

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure policy compliance

· Follow up global closing schedule to ensure travelling expenses are properly cut off.

2. Account payable accountant responsibility mainly includes but not limit to:

· Responsible for accounting records of monthly account payable transaction, including invoicing and payment;

· Responsible for monthly closing of account payable module and account reconciliation between account payable module and general ledger;

· Responsible for expenses accrual to ensure expense properly cut off monthly, quarterly and annually;

· Ensure internal control policy in place for all payable related transaction;

· In charge of Input VAT reconciliation, and provide the reconciliation data timely to comply with monthly tax filing requirement

· In charge inter-company reconciliation again other affiliates AR, to support group consolidation requirement

3. Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Education and Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting /finance/economics.

2. Accountant Certificate (上岗证) is a must.

3. CPA/ACCA qualification will be a plus.

Experience and Skills:

1. Minimum 3 years finance/accounting related experience in a multinational company, with 2 experience in account payable or OIE auditor. VAT handling experience is a must. Good command of PRC GAAP and Chinese tax Regulation, experience with US GAAP is preferred.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluency in both English and Chinese

3. Prior working experience of ERP is requested, and Oracle is a plus

4. Self-motivated, discipline, integrity with management and leadership potential, A good team player.
