岗位职责:

1.Incoming material quality control;
来料质量检验控制（IQC）

2.In Process quality control;
过程质量控制（IPQC）

3.Outgoing quality control;
出货质量控制（OQC）

4.Non-conformities detection and control, quality problem analysis and organize cross-function department for problem-solving, and provide suggestion for quality improvement;
不合格品的发现与控制，问题分析，与职能部门人员的协调沟通，一起处理问题，提供质量改进建议

5. To apply / transfer specific customer's requirements in production;
应用/转化客户的具体要求到实际生产质量控制

6, Support quality system promotion;
支持质量管理系统的推行

7, Corrective /preventive action monitoring;
纠正/预防措施的监控

8, Prepare product acceptance inspection standard.
制定产品的接收标准和控制计划

岗位要求：

1, Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
良好的办公软件应用技能（如Word，Excel，Outlook）

2, Good at English reading, writing. able to communicate with foreigner is plus;
良好的英文读写技能，能与外国人沟通

3, Data statistical analysis is necessary;
数据统计分析技能

4, Knowledge at FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plan is necessary;
熟悉FMEA，APQP，控制计划等，TS16949的五大工具

5, ISO9001 or TS 16949 knowledge is plus;
熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949体系知识

6, Working experience in stamping, welding production is plus;
有冲压，焊接工厂工作的经验尤佳。

7, Working experience in automotive industry is must;
必须有在汽车行业工作的经验。

8,Characteristics: flexibility, independence, reliability, logical thinking, willingness to learn new things, solving problems, organizational skills.
