工作职责：

1. 负责公司品牌保护策略的实施工作；
2. 管理知识产权代理公司，与代理公司沟通协调知识产权侵权以及商标事务并制作相关报告及汇总数据；
3. 商标业务管理与咨询，包括处理商标咨询申请等业务以及相关商标证明文件的发放；
4. 定期清理到期的商标许可或提交新的备案申请；
5. 协助处理商标侵权案件。

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，法学相关专业；
2. 三年以上IP调查公司或外企知识产权法务经验，熟悉品牌保护及维权工作；
3. 了解品牌管理与保护相关知识；
4. 良好的英文沟通及书写能力；
5. 熟练使用Office办公软件。
