职位描述
Role purpose:
This role's key function is to coordinate sales administration activities from quotation, PO, signed contract through project execution and management to invoicing for the China region. This role will work closely with sales, services and finance team to ensure all document requirements are completed in a timely manner.
The key objectives are to implement the Tectura Project module providing full visibility of project performance against budget, review the unbilled WIP on a monthly basis and ensure invoicing are posted in a timely manner
Reports to Corporate Operations- Finance Manager
Responsibilities and key tasks:
· Update the Tectura Project module including job setup and contract setup for all projects
· Review contracts and supporting documents against revenue recognition checklist
· Monthly Review of WIP reports with Project Managers
· Provide weekly and monthly reports for management review
Revenue rolling forecast & projections
project profitability
consultants' utilization
consultants' realization
Backlog
· Ensure billings are timely and accurate at month end
Ensure timesheets and customer signoff are received
Prepare draft invoices for PMs review
Generate credit notes summary
Reporting on prepayments and deposits
Manage intercompany billings
· Provide continuous improvement to internal process to increase efficiency
Requirements:
· Tertiary Education or University Graduate
· At least 4-5 years of sales or services administration experience
· With prior working experience in IT/Telecom industry is an advantage
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently
· Fluent in Putonghua and English proficiency are an advantage
