职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
· Deploying the defined processes, policies, know-how, tools and techniques to the support team within the region of responsibility
· Structure and manage the regional team to provide the required quality and timely service agreed as part of Tectura's standard offering or specific client agreed offering.
· Provide the quality of service required by our clients in the region of responsibility.
· Ensure all administrative processes are completely accurately, all ERP, OTS and Support tool functionals are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Ensure that all client proposals and contracts meet quality and consistency standards and follow corporate policy.
· Adhere to Tectura processes, policies, procedures and standards at all times and ensure that the regional team does also.
· Definition of global policies, processes, procedures, know-how, standards for Global Support Services
· Input into the Global Support business plan, forecast and financial activities.
· Work with the regional and local country and business unit management to ensure consistency of service, team management, maximisation of knowledge and team resourcing.
· Perform client service reviews and ensure continual improvement of service delivery and operation
· Ensure all billing is completed in time and accurately.
Job Requirements:
· Educated to degree level or equivalent
· 5+ years of providing support services to clients in an ERP environment with 2+ years in a management capacity
· Preferably 3+ years experience of full life cycle ERP implementation experience in a management capacity.
· Must have demonstrable sales experience in selling support engagements to clients
· Will have some experience of working out of region for a global company
· Accreditation in Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP
· Must have an inbuilt desire to succeed in area of responsibility
· Must be self motivated to success and continually improve
· Will have demonstrable team management experience across regional of responsibility
· Exceptional communication skills
· Excellent English language written and oral skills and good Putonghua is an advantage
· Be expected to travel significantly within region of responsibility and also from time to time to other global locations.
