职位描述
要求：
1、设计类相关专业；
2、5年以上红木家具研发相关工作经验；
3、对家具设计有深刻了解，有一定的艺术审美能力；
4、熟悉红木家具工艺基本知识；
5、对家具营销有一定的认识；
6、对产品研发、研制项目策划有实操经验；
7、有较强的团队带领、组织与管理能力。
职责：
1、负责研发部门的技术指导、监控和日常管理；
