POSITION OBJECTIVE

1. Project coordination for both external and internal customers
2. Document control and final document submission for CPAC mega project.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assistance to project coordination
2. Setup document control procedure
3. Document archiving
4. Distribute or submit documents on schedule
5. Record all project information correctly and timely
6. Follow up PMO document specification in project implementation

SCOPE
1. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external customers
2. Good interpersonal skill
3. Must be able to work in high-stress environment, under minimal supervision
4. Good command of English in writing and reading is a must
5. Attention to detail is a must
6. Working experiences related to industry is a plu

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. At least 3 years work experience.
2. At least one year document control experience.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office – excel and PowerPoint
5. Engineering background is a preferred
6. Commercial knowledge is a plus
