岗位职责
1、参与制定公司绩效考核制度；
2、协助其他部门设计绩效考核体系与指标；
3、设计绩效考核计划方案，培训考核人员；
4、组织和指导各部门的绩效考核工作，解决考核过程中出现的问题；
5、安排下属汇总和分析各岗位绩效考核结果；
6、反馈考核结果，协助其他部门做好员工的培养与激励等工作。

任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、五年以上绩效管理或综合人力资源管理工作经验；
3、精通绩效管理，熟悉绩效管理工具，同时熟悉其他人力资源管理模块，并能应用信息化手段开展绩效考核管理工作；
4、具有较好的沟通能力与表达能力，较强的沟通协调能力，一定的组织、监控能力等；

5、英语熟练。
