Role & Responsibilities:
? Organize and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives and other related meetings with Guangzhou development teams and Australian management team.
? Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress, participate in cross-team meetings
? Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
? Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition
? Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
? Indentify and remove road blocks, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
? Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice
? Drives the adoption of key engineering practices like Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, etc
? Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
? Coaching and mentoring of Product Development Team
Qualification & Experience
? 5+ years experience in Program/Project Management
? 2+ years management experience in Agile/Scrum development
? Good English verbal communication
? Familiar with software development life cycle
? Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate a team towards achieving a common goal
? Experience with successful management of several multi-team, multi-year enterprise projects at the senior level
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency using Scrum practices
? Certified Scrum Master is a plus
