岗位职责：
1.根据公司品牌的商品定位，及公司产品设计风格，准确把握产品的风格和消费群体，根据市场需求及潮流变化，每季度依据区域特性和市场信息进行针织类产品设计，完成产品开发和设计工作；
2.根据产品品质要求，及时发现产品开发过程中出现的工艺问题、版型问题、物料问题，反馈主设计师，并提出可行型解决方案，以确保大货的可操作性；
3.跟踪上市货品的销售状况，对销售环节中发生的问题，配合营销部及时解决。


岗位要求：
1.两年以上女装设计从业经验；
2.精通服装设计，了解服装板型和制版工艺，掌握服装专业知识，服装原辅料属性和制作专业知识，了解服装价值链管理知识；
3.具备敏锐的时尚潮流感觉和良好的沟通力，能够准确地把握欧美时尚服装流行趋势，具有一定的计划和协调能力，扎实的手绘能力，熟练运用服装设计软件；
4.对企业文化和团队成员认同，包容性强，能接纳新思想、新事物。
