1. 负责公司系统平台相关软件的测试、安装、监视和安全防护；
2. 协调平台功能升级、能对网络故障进行快速定位和排除；
3. 负责对公司办公网络的管理和维护；
4. 配合开发项目的环境搭建，与需求方就具体的技术点进行沟通等；
5. 熟练掌握各类网络相关软件的安装、配置和使用；
6. 新电脑的安装，计算机软、硬件方面的调试及维护工作，与网络服务商联系，确保IT系统的平稳运行；

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或通讯类相关专业，3年以上IT工作经验，其中2年以上计算机网络管理经验；
2. 具有服务器存储研发测试、系统集成、IT服务等工作经验者优先；
3. 具备丰富PC排错经验和网络知识，可熟练排除常见计算机硬件故障和网络故障；
4. 精通windows下的服务器管理技术，精通Windows Server操作系统对企业级运维的支 持，包括Active Directory、储存技术、性能计数、健康监控、负载均衡、补丁安装等，熟悉IIS、SQL Server的配置；
5. 熟悉SCCM、IIS、SQL、WSUS、DHCP、DNS、NTFS权限、磁盘配额的配置和维护；
6. 熟练掌握Windows域、Web（如Apache）、FTP、邮件、数据库、存储备份、虚拟机平台（如VMWare、KVM）的安装、配置、管理；
7. 对服务器的产品及技术有浓厚兴趣，喜欢在技术层面钻研，能持之以恒，了解服务器的SCSI、SAS、RAID等常用技术；
8. 具备MCSE、OCP，CISP、 CCNA、CCNP等专业认证证书者优先；
9. 具备良好的职业道德、服务意识和沟通及协作能力，具有较好的学习能力，工作积极、主动性高、责任心强；
10. 具备相关的计算机专业词汇英文阅读能力，动手能力，较强的应变能力，敏锐的观察能力和出色的分析判断能力。
