Recruitment & Training Manager – (Director designate)
Position: R&T Manager
Key Duties:
o Possess good general understanding of China channels for recruitment
o Develop multi channel recruitment methodology.
o Develop, implement, and maintain Recruitment ‘best practices’ SOP, for flow down to field execution team, using standardized, branded manuals, visual process flows, and supported by key documentation.
o Continually identify additional new ad-hoc or permanent recruitment channels for addition to ‘best practice’ SOP.
o Develop, update, and maintain a ‘Recruitment Advertising Library’. Should be applicable across a range of media’s, including but not limited to: newspaper, online, social media, banner, job fair, and experiential advertising.
o Develop, implement and maintain a standardized Company Orientation & Basic Training program SOP. Be able to easily and repeatedly on-train to field execution team using standardized, branded manuals, visual process flows, and supported by key documentation.
o Effectively manage and lead a small team of subordinate Recruitment & Training Specialists.
o Develop, implement, and maintain excel based staff retention, attrition, turnover statistics reporting.
o Work closely with Regional Operations and Area Director to continually gauge recruitment and training needs, and to develop the R&T company programs and SOP’s.
o Report on all activities through standardized daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor or master’s degree in disciplines such as human resources or business administration management, or relevant 5+ years experience in HR, Recruitment & Training industry or Hotel loyalty marketing industry.
o Fluent in English & Mandarin – written and spoken.
o Proficient in MS Office and i-Pad. Fast learner and very quick and accurate on computer.
o Keen eye for detail and very highly organized.
o Good understanding of sales industry processes. Interested in people marketing.
o Ability to lead and manage subordinates team.
o Good professional grooming and personal presentation.
o Strong sense of geography to aid recruitment research across many different cities in China.
o Professional acumen and comfortable with meeting many people involved within the organization and excellent presentation and relationship building skills.
