岗位职责：

1. 建立规范化招聘系统，并实施各类人员的招募工作；
2. 人事政策制定与修改、人事规章制度的规划、制定及修订，使员工的管理有章可循；
3. 根据公司发展规划，对公司的各个职能部门进行职务分析，编制各岗位的岗位说明书；
4. 员工薪酬方案的制定、实施和修订，并对公司薪酬情况进行监控；
5. 规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作；
6. 与财务部及各相关职能部门完成对各部门、各岗位、各员工工作业绩量化考核。发现问题及时向总经理汇报；
7. 负责劳动合同的签定与管理工作，进行劳动关系管理，代表公司解决劳动争议和纠纷；
8. 协助、督促公司各部门制定与公司人力资源管理政策、制度匹配的各项相关管理规定

任职资格
1、人力资源管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、三年以上人力资源管理工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
4、具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲和力，较强的抗压力、责任感与敬业精神；
5、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用。
