职位描述
1. 与已签客户建立稳定、良好的关系，进行及时有效沟通及后期跟进，定期回访，提高客户满意度；
2. 负责学员的日常管理和服务，处理教学部教务事务；
3. 看管低龄段学员完成作业（学员学校布置的语数英作业）。
备注：该职位上班时间为A班10:00—17:00、B班14:30—21：00，周六休息。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，一年以上工作经验，有教育行业工作经验者优先；
2.英语口语流利，可以与外教无障碍交流；
3.热情、较强的服务意识和沟通协调能力；
4.熟练操作计算机及办公软件。
