职位描述
Report to QA Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The QC Supervisor job consists, but is not limited to:
1. Manage, coach and supervise staff at QC section( IQC,FQC & OQC) and supervise their QC activities( internally & externally);
2. Organize inspection documents for QC duties( flow charts, part specificaions, forms, QC reporting, supplier complaints and reporting etc.);
3.Conduct IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC training and control examination and training record(theory and on-job training);
4. Analyze in assistance of engineering defects on products and process, and implement eventual improvements;
5. Make reports & statistics on inspection results;
6. Instruct QC personal on and monitor QC equipment, and ensure a timely equipment calibration;
7. Communicate on a daily basis with various departments to provide status of finished goods;
8. Create inspection history files;
9. When required, assist IQC and FQC in their job duties;
10. Support any other QC and BURG projects as required.
Job Qualifications;
1. Minimum High School graduate, preferably bachelor or equivalent through combination of education and experience;
2. At least 3 years experience in Quality Assurance with the same position;
3. Strong knowledge and affinity in Mechanic, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electric-Electronic products;
4. Job management skills, organizational skills, problem solver, operational analysis and team development skills;
5. Solid understanding of inspection methods and tools;
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
7. Very good computer skills ( Windows Office) . SAP is a plus;
8. Can work under pressure, careful, honest, responsible, creative and disciplined.
Language Qualifications:
1. Chinese;
2. English communication skills ( mandatory )
Medical Qualifications:
1. Good eye sight;
2. Full color vision
Percent Travel Required:
>10%
