工作职责：
1、参与制订公司中长期发展战略和年度工作计划，并根据公司发展，制订企业财务管理中长期分战略和发展规划；
2、主持制订公司年度财务总预算和季度预算调整，汇总、审核所属部门上报的月度预算，召集并主持公司月度预算分析与资金平衡会议；
3、组织开展公司日常的财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、存货控制、现金流管理等方面工作，加强公司经济管理，提高企业经济效益；
4、负责制定、优化和完善财务管理流程和制度；
5、与财税金融等有关部门和机构保持良好沟通和合作；
6、负责对财务中心各部门经理和工作人员业务培训、工作指导和绩效考核。
7，筹备上市企业财务工作

任职资格：
一、专业知识，财务专业本科及以上学历，财务管理中级及以上专业技术职称。
二、工作经验，八年以上公司财务工作经历；
三、素质和技能要求：
1、扎实的财务会计专业理论知识，熟知财务、金融、税务政策法规。具有较强的职业敏感性和逻辑思维能力，能及时洞察国际、国内宏观经济及政策的变化，合理规避经营和投融资风险。
2、精通财务预决算、财务管理、成本核算、市场监察、存货控制、资金营运等财务金融管理流程。
3、具有获取高层、中层、下层支持的影响力，具备很强的沟通协调能力和良好的团队合作精神，能统领整个财务管理系统的有序、高效、良性运作。
4、具有良好的职业道德风尚，严谨踏实的工作作风和高度的事业心和责任感。
5、思想活跃，取于创新，工作主动。
