Position Summary: Hunt biz opportunities. Responsible to track closely the project plans from OEM customer, effectively communicating with the engineering teams and negotiating with the purchasing teams to award new programs. Keep smoothly communication with products development team in GH. Cooperate with Program Mgt team. Interface between customers and SNS.

Preferred Education and Experience:

· Bachelors of 1) Engineering in Automobile, Mechanics or 2) Science in Business.

· Good in writing and reading in English, Japanese preferred.

· Experience in auto parts B2B biz; and relationships with major OEM’s purchasing departments.

· Familiar with metal parts production process preferred.

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

· Achieve sales target.

· Identify target projects from assigned customers and if possible, propose new customers with high potential;

· Keep close monitoring with customers’ new project plan and pursuing any new biz opportunities via effective technology communication and commercial negotiation.

· Catch any special requirements and price targets from customers and make proposal for management team to make quote.

· Work together with program team, development team and production teams to define the contents in biz contract regarding project timing, technology requirements and commerical items etc.

· Close deals with the advantages to SNS so many as possible.

· Collect and feedback market information to management team and new products development team so that SNS could timely adjust marketing strategies.

· Cooperate with other departments and work as interface between the assigned customers and SNS so as to best meet customer’s expectation.

· Following up any engineering changes from the awarded programs, negotiate with customer for the changes in piece price and tooling.

· Provide support to program team, logistic team and financing team regarding program timing, parts delivery and payment collection etc.

· Participate in TS16949 / ISO14001 system implement

· Other tasks assigned by head of department.
