Main responsibilities:
1. Elaborate marketing & sales plan for nuclear power sector aiming at development of BV business and rapid growth, and this should adapt to each sub sector, including NPP new build, NPP in service, nuclear fuel, equipment export, etc.
2. Develop detailed Action Plan for Key Accounts management, Key Accounts to be identified, but should include firstly the 3 domestic Nuclear Power Operators (CGNPC, CNNC, CPI) and major foreign EPC companies (AREVA, Westinghouse, MHI, DOOSAN, THOSHIBA, etc).
3. Develop and keep relation with China nuclear authority (such as NNSA and NDRC)
4. Put in place and keep high efficiency of a market information and industry intelligence system
5. Pay regular visits to potential clients and existing clients, responsible for CRM with clients in nuclear sector
6. Develop technical and commercial proposal to replying to call for tender, with support of nuclear technical team
7. Responsible of BV China I&F nuclear BU sales target
8. Based on BVCC in Shanghai with frequent business travels inside of China and from time to time abroad.

Requirements:
1. High technical education with nuclear related background, Bachelor degree is a minimum.
2. Dual education for technical and commercial or management is better.
3. Above 3 years' experiences in nuclear related Industry.
4. Sound knowledge about the value chain of nuclear industry, from design institute, to EPC, to manufacturing, to construction & installation, to commissioning, to in service maintenance, to dismantling.
5. Good knowledge about issues in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment for nuclear sector, has related experience in QA/QC for nuclear class equipments manufacturing is preferred.
6. Good professional background and capability to dialogue with client top management and project manager
7. Familiar with power plant construction project execution and operation of an existing power plant
8. Good skill in communication, negotiation
9. Proficient in office software (Lotus Note, MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management)
10. Fluent Chinese and English
11. Sales-oriented and self-motivated
12. Good sense in business development
