We are looking for software development engineers to work with Ericsson industry-leading SGSN-MME product and Packet Core Network as such.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will develop or modify the products to meet the customer's requirements as well as fulfill the business requirements on quality, time and cost.

- Be a member of an agile SW development team.
- Carry out SW development tasks and report progress to team and management, deliver high quality work results.
- Define implementation proposal and carry out solution analysis
- Support software integration and system integration.

Qualifications

Must:

- Bachelor or Master degree in computer SW related degree.
- Solid network protocol background in Telecom(3GPP,3GPP2,SS7,SIP,etc)
- Good EQ and communication skill.
- Good programming competences in C/C++/Java
- 1- 3 Years of relevant SW development experience
- English fluency, both speaking and writing
- High intellectual capability with the ability to see "the big picture".
- Excellent self discipline and self leadership.
- Strong teamwork and internal drive to reach excellence mindset.
Analytical thinking and problem resolving ability.
- 100% committed to adapt to Ericsson's working culture even when this is different for your background or experience and understands that performance review is based on results delivered.

Nice:

- Good knowledge with packet core and SGSN is a plus.
- Good knowledge in design pattern and design modeling is a plus.
- Testing experience with TTCN3 is a plus.
- Good knowledge of software development process(CMMI,agile,scrum,etc) is a plus.
