职位描述
To develop the consulting business in energy industry such as oil, gas etc, so as to meet the sales target.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Utilize in depth knowledge in both commercial & technical aspects of ICIS consulting service, driving retention and growth through application of commercial and technical expertise delivering measurable value to the customer base.
2. Deploy above skills in value selling to major prospects (both new and current customers) resulting in strong volume, proceeds and margin growth.
3. Strong PR skill especially on senior management penetration
4. Plan, monitor and achieve sales targets and be accountable for the satisfaction of target customers.
5. Generate leads
1)Develop, update and implement the Account Plan (with B2B colleagues where and when appropriate) covering products, services packages, contracts, and prices for key customers and prospects.
2)Have an in depth knowledge and understand of the key account in our target industry and understand their strategy, challenges and development plan thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these.
3)Develop new opportunities with prospective customers in our target clients to acquire new business independently and in conjunction with ICIS colleague from execution or other department.
6. Drive the leads to deal
1)Drive accurate forecast information related to customer wins or changing demands to insure transparency and accuracy for our service.
2)Have an in depth knowledge of the key competitors in the sector or product group and understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these.
7. Deal follow up
1)Understand and keep track of changing customer needs and business environments to ensure the most appropriate service providers are assigned to fulfill the customer’s needs.
2)Understand the status, findings and result of project conducting for the customer, to ensure the most appropriate information and conclusions are provided to fulfill the customer’s needs.
3)To communicate with client and manage client’s expectation of the project according to the objective and work scope of project.
4)To close the project in the proposed schedule by acquiring confirmation and payment of project from customer.
Be accountable for own development plan to continuously improve competencies
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
1. Wide knowledge of Energy industry
2. Excellent skill in MS office, mainly in Excel, Word and PPT
3. Excellent English communication skills both in Business and Industry
4. Working under pressure
5. Nice sense of customer demand and the business situation
6. Logical thinking
7. Good presentation skill
Education background and working experience
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Science,Economics, Marketing and
Business Administration is preferred
2. Working experience background
1) Min 4 years consulting experience in Energy industry, experience on management consulting/strategy consulting are preferred.
2) Or min 6 years working experience in Energy industry intelligence
