1)Job Responsibilities： Developing and executing a comprehensive audit program that is responsive to the operational, financial and control risks within ARAMARK China in compliance with the internal audit policy defined by ARAMARK Audit Committee and Audit & Control Services,
Presenting the annual audit plan, including periodic updates of status and changes required in the plan,
Working in partnership with ARAMARK China executives to design and implement cost-effective procedures to ensure that internal controls are effective and to eliminate redundant or inefficient procedures where necessary,
Determining that ARAMARK China’s operations are in compliance with ARAMARK standard operating procedures and policies,
Disseminating and sharing knowledge on best practices to Corporate and Country senior management,
Coordinating scope and coverage with the independent external auditors,
Working with other ARAMARK Corporate functions to satisfy the Corporate requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley
2) Qualifications
Educational background : University Degree in Business or Finance
Language : Fluent in both spoken and written English
Working Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial executive with at least 8 years of total business experience, including public accounting (Preferably “Big 4”) experience. Minimum few full years of Country audit head or Audit manager experience in multinational company or external audit firm is required.
For the candidate from external audit firm, experience in a Big 4 firm and assurance or consulting service to
multinational company with *mass business operation or in service industry is preferred.
For the candidate from internal audit function in multinational company, working experience in industries with *mass business operation or in service industry is preferred
