职位设置目的：
根据集团人力资源发展规划，负责公司培训体系建设，组织制定并落实公司的培训规划，建立符合公司发展需要的人才梯队，培养任职能力优秀并高度认同公司文化的员工队伍，组织公司的企业文化建设，制定相应的人力资源制度，为公司发展及组织建设提供支持。

关键职责：
1、整合集团战略发展需求提出解决方案，制定人才梯队及培训培养规划并跟进实施；
2、建立人才梯队体系，推动导师制、轮岗等培养项目的落实；
3、完善培训体系，制定培训制度，建立培训团队，推动集团及二级子公司培训工作；
4、制定培训计划并组织实施，监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；
5、拓展培训渠道和资源，评估外部培训机构及师资；
6、指导协助各二级公司的培训及人才培养等工作；
7、负责部门队伍建设，选拔、配备、培训、评价本部门人员。

工作经验：
5年以上大型集团企业培训工作经验，3年以上房地产行业相关经验。

管理能力：
1、沟通协调；2、推动执行；3、引领团队

专业能力：
1、熟练掌握企业培训体系搭建和管理；
2、企业培训需求调查技术和方法；
3、有年度培训计划制订、课程开发及授课经验；
4、有房地产行业工作经验。
