1. At least 5 years experience on handbag/ACC industry ( included handbag,wallet/small leather goods/scarf/gloves/hat....)
2. Have good fashion sense and good at sourcing based on the concept from design team
3. Have good sense for the quality ,can do inspection if needed
4. Familiar with factory allocation all over China in different commodity
5. Well-organization ,well-detailed and pro-active
6.English reading ,writing and oral is must
7.On trip for sourcing is must if needed
8.Team spirit is must
