This is an tempoary position with 1 year labor contract

Job Descripition:

1.Secretarial and administrative support to VGM Sales, such as screening telephone calls, making appointments, etc.
2.Help to manage the sales team in all respects, like annual sales target setting, sales performance evaluation, and team building.
3.Preparation of tailored business presentation and sales management report, etc.
4.Generate weekly sales report and collect all kinds of sales related reports.
5.Coordinate customer visiting process.
6.Take lead in organizing sales and marketing training events.
7.Key user of Sales Lead Management System involving sales, marketing and estimating functions.
8.Be responsible for training new employees on company history and the products.

Job Requirement:

1.Minimun 3-4 years working experience with assistant work background in Multi-national company or other fileds

2.Be familiar with the office application. More computer knowledge is a plus

3.Have a strong communication an presentation skills

4.Open and quick response

5.Fluent in both spoken and written English

6.Good team player and good attitude
