Manage, control and develop the Regional business operational capability, develop

the channel strategy and distribution strategy through the Region and deploy it with solid action plan with the team for a fruitful result

- Lead the sales team to stretch the performance and achieve the sales goals and other KPI's, develop the people and organizational capability in South/East/North Region Sales Team

- Identify and develop the diverse channels and approach new business opportunities in the region, Work closely with business development department to expand project activities/plan

- Plan and implement effective sales projects / programs according to the market situations in the region

- Manage and develop an effective and productive sales team in the region through strong leadership,

- Develop and manage the effective relationship network with multiple interface helpful and useful for developing business.

- Provide training and coaching to the sales team

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in marketing sales, business management or engineering

- Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience with 5 years at managerial

position in multinational environment or building material business

- Experiences in regional sales management preferred

- Energetic with multi tasking capabilities.

- Strong presentable personality with good presentation and communication skill

- Good English capability, Mandarin and Cantonese
