职位描述：
负责项目中机电环节的咨询、项目管理、设计、施工、安装及验收等工作。
Job Description:
You will be responsible for the consulting, project management, design, construction, installation, inspection, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical works for various projects.

任职要求：
3到5年或以上工业建筑行业工作经验；
熟练操作Microsoft Office、CAD；
具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能和客户及供应商沟通；
注重细节，有团队合作精神和强烈的责任心；
有外企项目经验的优先考虑（客户或供应商）；
工作地点在广州，有出差的需要。
Requirements:
3-5 years or more experience in industrial construction industry.
Good command on Microsoft Office and CAD.
Good oral and written English, fluent communication with clients and suppliers.
Attention to details, teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
Experience of being involved in foreign enterprises projects either as clients or suppliers is a plus.
Job location is in Guangzhou but occasional travel may be required.
