Description
Perform datacom/AXE/CPP network element Intergration Testing & Trouble Shooting, network integration test according to network design and site configuration data.
· Perform application system SW upgrade (ASR), following official OPI.
· Perform Node replacement, following official OPI.
· Perform new feature implementation and activation.
· Perform trouble shooting in MSC or BSC,or MGW
· Perform Fisrt Implmentation of SW & HW in MSC or BSC,or MGW.
· Perform Core/IP Network key performance optimizing.
· Ensure problems and outstandings are handled properly by following process.
· Ensure assigned project in good progress as required.
· Responsible for the project quality and network safety.
· Give feedback for the OPI improvement
· Handle customer request properly.
· Play as site team leader when necessary.

Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor in wireless communication will be preferable
· Skilled communicator: besides fluent in Chinese, good command of English is a must (spoken + written)
· Experience in Telecom, Customer Support is an advantage
· CCNP, CCIE Certification is a high advantage.
· Proven knowledge of software development will be a plus
