Job Duties:

The job holder will have to perform the following duties:

? Act as test manager
? Software quality assurance by defining and executing testing strategies
? Ownership and participations in SIT, UAT, OAT and Regression.
? Work with project teams from initiation to define testing requirements and scenarios
? Produce documentations for testing evidence and metrics reporting
? Coordination with project teams and business on all levels of testing engagement
? Troubleshoot test defects and assign to the appropriate parties
? Produce system testing environments requirement
? Continuous improvements in processes and creation of automation tools
? Maintain the bank items to ensure production stability and scalability
? Demise and upgrade of existing infrastructure to ensure minimum impact to the business and CTB teams.
? Work with systems owners and project teams to identify stability risks and define actions to address those.
? Define actions for systems to comply with standards, security and regulatory requirements


Candidate Specifications:

? 6 + years of testing experience.
? Excellent analysis and design skills from a software engineering background
? Testing Methodologies
? Quality Centre (QC)
? Experienced in banking products, like Core banking, Internet banking
? Good communication (English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills
? Both a teamwork approach and self-sufficiency
? Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required.
? Experience in managing various stakeholders
? Proactive, energetic and self-driven.
