职位描述
岗位职责：
1、在CEO领导下进行工作,负责CEO办公室的环境管理和外出行程安排,认真做到全方位服务；
2、负责CEO来访客人的接待；
3、负责CEO文件、信件、函电的接受与转达；
4、协助收集有关项目资料，负责打印、装订文件；管理CEO相关资料、档案等工作；
5、负责CEO的重要文件，以及公司各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件的起草；
6、陪同CEO参与各类商业活动、国内/外商务随行，负责CEO在外的工作记录并跟踪落实；
7、撰写和跟进落实公司CEO参会的回忆、专题研讨会议等会议纪要；
8、负责CEO和公司其他部门的沟通工作，包括项目内容的收集、提醒CEO对项目的跟进、督促各部门提供所需项目资料等；
9、协助建立与维护国内/外政府机关、关键客户和战略伙伴的合作关系；
10、CEO临时授权的其他工作；
任职资格：
1、女性，形象气质佳，具备较强的公关、协调和组织能力，已婚已育优先；
2、具有金融行业外企背景，两年以上同岗位工作经验，熟悉国际及我国有关行政法规，行政管理的知识体系；
3、英文六级或专业八级，英文口头和书面表达能力优秀，能在日常工作中熟练运用；
4、公文写作功底扎实，能独立起草CEO所需文件；
5、优秀的系统、条理性和日常事务处理能力；较强的语言表达能力，主治协调能力和授权能力；
6、有海外学习、工作背景者优先。
