Description
The Contract Execution Management is key persons in managing and controlling supply parts of Customer contracts and purchase orders (SDP3-SDP4), customer escalation and contract/purchase order changes/updates.
From Contract entry, on time deliveries, invoicing and closing in ONE. Securing high performance and cost efficient operations.
Depending on type and size of business and organization the Contract Execution Management can be divided to secure best possible control, efficiency and resource utilizations e.g. Inbound-Outbound or Account/Responsible-Operative.
The Contract Execution Management is accountable for the following parts:
- Secure 100 % clarified contract with all needed supporting documents.
- Input and follow up supply part of contract/project budget (e.g. freight costs including local transport and inventory levels/corrections).
- Participate in (arrange and drive if accountable for contract/purchase order outcome) start-up, hand-over and drive weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
- Create and close value contracts, create/verify sales orders (create for QTC, verify for QTC-M and PSF) and invoice customer. Execute contract/customer purchase order change requests.
- Interaction with Order Management, Transport Management, PSP, Region/CU/BU Supply and distribution service providers are daily activities which will enable full control of planned orders, stock, deliveries, invoicing and costs.
- Secure effective inventory management, including reconciliation of stock, physical stock take, scrapping and initiation and follow up of return flows.
- Measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators and decide on corrective actions.
- Analyze and take corrective actions on escalation and prioritization matters towards order management and demand management.
- The Contract Execution Management shall have excellent knowledge of received contracts/customer purchase orders, both in terms of volumes and products and thus give input to supply planning functions
- If Contract Execution Management are accountable for contract/purchase order outcome:
- Based on contract/customer purchase order and customer agreements, analyze, plan and structure the contract in most cost efficient way.
- Drives and acts on key performance indicators for contract/purchase order.
- Cost analysis of the contracts and customer purchase orders. Continuously report deviations from budgets and corrective actions to Contract Owners and Line Managers. Reporting according to Contract Governance model.
Qualifications
- Chinese & English in written and spoken.
- Full knowledge of the whole Supply Chain and interfaces with other areas.
- Experience from general Supply chain operations, services and/or Project management is preferred.
