1.机械设计与制造/汽车工程及相关专业，大专以上毕业；
2.5年以上汽配行业设计/开发相关工作经验；3年以上同等职位工作经验
3.熟练掌握TS16949质量体系知识，熟悉APQP、PPAP和现有顾客的特殊要求，具备汽车行业相关背景知识，熟悉公司现有产品的主要工艺，对汽车行业的发展趋势有较好的了解。
4.能够结合汽车行业的技术发展趋势和特点制定本公司的中长期规划，确定公司产品相关技术的发展方向并组织实施；
5.具有较强的领导、计划、组织、沟通和协调能力，较强的学习能力

6.英语四级以上
