^{Key Duties/ Responsibilities}

• ^{Sell ADInstruments products into the highly technical research market.}
• ^{Gain basic knowledge of the ADInstruments product range and have the ability to advise customers on the correct solution to meet their application requirements.}
• ^{Develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the company philosophy, policies and procedures.}
• ^{Coordinate on-going customer relationships with a particular focus on up-selling and cross-selling.}
• ^{Maintain and increase our current customer database through our customer relations management (Salesforce.com) software.}
• ^{Ensure that pertinent information gathered during sales calls/visits is entered into the company's Salesforce.com system.}
• ^{Train and advise existing and new customers on using our hardware and software.}
• ^{Maintain market awareness, as well as develop and present new ideas and opportunities, in terms of new products and software features/development.}
• ^{Develop and execute an annual sales plan for managing assigned territory, updated quarterly.}
• ^{Assist with customer training workshops.}
  
  

^{Qualifications and Skills Required}

• ^{Science-based bachelor degree or above (preferably in life science or Biomedical Engineering)}
• ^{Proficiency in spoken/writing English}
• ^{Ability to work independently}
• ^{Frequent domestic travel within China (50% in minimum)}
• ^{Excellent communication and presentation skills}
• ^{Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills}
• ^{Previous experience using ADInstruments hardware and software or selling life science equipment is a distinct advantageLocation}
