This position is responsible to review the marketing/customer demands and resource available and then set up a proper resource (mainly material/product) supply plan. This person will need deliver material requirement plan/forecast and production schedule/forecast timely, place purchasing order to supplier, and as accurate as possible, based on customer orders, forecast and available material, operation capacity. This position is responsible to ensure the MRP/SAP system is properly set-up and utilize the MRP /SAP system for planning and have strict control on inventory level. This position is responsible to explore and develop more SAP function to improve planning process efficiency. Also this person needs to optimize the planning process to ensure /improve manufacturing and supply chain operation efficiency.

1.Review the sales order forecast and analysis vs historic data and marketing information.
2.Coordinate with relation functions to ensure plan updated and executed properly to meet business need, especially for non-routines cases.
3.Optimize the capacity load of the plant, alarm and management of saturation of the plant & bottle necks.
4.Periodically review and update the data setting in MRP/SAP including Safety stock level; Order Point, order size, lead time, operation capacity utilization, etc
5.Maintain proper raw material and finished goods inventory to meet monthly /year-end target per PWF requirement/strategic inventory policy.
6.Optimize the planning strategy to ensure plant operation efficiency
7.Be charge of KPI monthly meeting
8.As BCP coordinator on behalf of PCL, work together with PWF Cork/related PWF factories to maintain/update BCP plan as well as specific activities.
9.Coordinate related functions to develop IGP based on PWF/PCL strategy/BU business growth.
10.Direct subordinate to create and update master production plan, run MRP/SAP to generate weekly production schedule and adjust it to best fit the business need
11.Direct/supervise subordinate to update weekly material planning and purchasing to make sure production plan execution
12.Direct/supervise subordinate to communicate with supplier for regular orders and non-routine cases. Regular review supplier performance with procurement team

1.Balance among operation schedules, concentrate age and bottler flexible requirement.
2.Balance among purchasing schedule,. materials stock level and meeting customer needs
3.The low forecast accuracy with fast growing market needs, especially for NCB and small CSD brand
4.Increasing product volume and complexity, customer numbers.
5.Communication and get plan well executed in other teams.
6.Build up a good cooperation with FOBO party
