岗位职责:
任职资格:
⑴ 完成日常保险合同变更、退费及相关之系统信息的更改、复核和批核；
⑵ 日常报表检查及数据修订；
⑶ 不定期对系统异常信息进行清理；
⑷ 解答客户的咨询、解决客户的请求；
⑸ 主管其他分配的工作或项目；
任职资格:
⑴ 本科或以上学历，保险、金融或统计相关专业；
⑵ 一年以上数据处理相关工作经验；
⑶ 积极主动，良好的问题解决能力和沟通协调能力；
⑷ 较强的客户服务意识和数据处理能力；
