工作内容：

-负责前程无忧新产品的设计和日常管理；
-完成新产品的需求调研、分析，确定产品功能点，撰写产品需求文档；
-负责协调技术、UI，根据产品规划，制定项目规划和实施步骤，推动项目实施；
-通过数据分析、用户调研等各种方法，做好用户需求的研究及理解，并加以改善。

任职要求：
-大专学历；

-至少1年以上WEB端SNS、BBS类产品主设计经验，熟悉产品研发的各个环节；
-能熟练使用产品设计相关常用工具；
-有良好的数据跟踪和分析能力；
-有较强的逻辑分析能力，有良好的文字表达、沟通协作能力，善于学习；
-有成功上线产品者优先。
