1、城市规划类专业大学本科及以上学历。优秀本科应届毕业生，基础知识扎实,在校期间参与过城市规划项目设计者亦可。
2.熟悉城市规划项目设计流程、熟悉本专业领域国内外发展趋势，具有扎实的专业基础理论和专业技术知识；具备较突出的图、文表现能力和理解能力、突出的方案设计能力；
3.熟练掌握和应用CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SU等设计软件
4.热爱城市规划行业，做事脚踏实地，能够承受较大工作压力。
