Job responsibilities
ANALYSIS AND GOALS
Responsible for analysis of the PO goals: Price, Lead Time, Quality, Cost Efficiency and Capacity in order to fulfill company overall goals: Growth and Profitability.
1) SEASON SUMMARY & GOALS
Season evaluation.
Capacity bottleneck identification.
Result analysis per PO dept.
SPM analysis per supplier.
Set goals, with the team, for: a. Results b. Methods
2) QUOTATION
Identify big deal quotations.
Follow up quotation methods and result.
Evaluate capacity distribution.
Communicate result prognosis based on quotations and capacity distribution.
CONTROL PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3) IN SEASON FOLLOW-UP
Follow up result per department.
Follow capacity - placed vs ground seas, plan and CoC status.
Placement of volume orders -> Supplier concentration.
Evaluate efficiency.
Delivey accuracy follow up.
INFORMAL PO DEPARTMENT LEADER AND COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS
Together with DM and POC manage and motivate the department towards the goals.
Have strong cooperation with PM, MM and Seniors to ensure goals.
Through analysis be responsible to proactively communicate internally and externally (suppliers) about current situation, possibilities and threats ahead.
Together with POC secure and develop processes, methods and tools in order to make improvements.
