1.根据所辖市场,合理分配资源,制定区域招商计划和目标,完成销售指标;
2.负责开发和维护代理商,帮助和指导客户完成销售任务;
3.联系和开发属地销售流通渠道,扩大产品在市场的占有率;
4.掌握市场动态,解决客户真正需求;
业务员管理
1.积极帮助招商代表学习产品知识,提高招商技巧,激励和管理团队
2.准确向招商代表传达公司的销售信息、制度、政策
3.能够分析招商代表反馈回来的信息并指导决策
4.不定期提供真实详尽的销售汇报
Job description
customer management
1.According to market ,allocation of resources and set down investment project and target and achieve sales target.
2.Develop and maintain clinical agent, to guide and help customers to achieve sales target.
3.Contact with local distribution business and develop new channels of distribution business,to expand market share of the product.
4.Take control of the market , and resolve the real requirements of the customer.
Staff management
1.Actively help the employee to learn about products, and improve their investment skills, also motivate and manage team.
2.Accurately convey company information and business sales policy to employee.
3.Analyze information the employees’ feedback and make decision.
4.Feed back true and detailed sales reports.
职位要求
1.男性,医、药相关专业大专以上学历。
2.有一年以上药品临床销售或招商工作经验。
3.具备出色的团队管理经验,善于自我激励和承受压力。
4.善于沟通协调,学习能力强,能开发新客户。
5.为人诚恳正直,有良好的职业道德。
Requirement:
1. We need a man, who is college degree or above, medicine or medical related major
2. At least 1 year medical product sale and investment experience.
3. The man has the sprit of innovative and good team work , who need to be self-motivation and high-pressure.
4. The man has not only good at communication and coordination, but also strong ability of learning, so that he could develop new customers.
5. We need a honest and integrity staff ,who has good occupation morals.
