Requirements & Skills:

1. Educational: COLLEGE and/or Above.
2. English Level: CET4 and/or Above.
3. Computer Skill: excellent. Familiar with MS office software.
4. Good knowledge in shipping industry, well known the shipping business and process.

5. At least 2 years customer services experience in the shipping/logistic company.

Responsibility:

1. Booking capture & release SO.

2. Responsible for Panama, Caribbean and Central America service.
3. Responsible for vessel space control, release space and feeder arrangement.
4. Responsible for communication with customer and oversea agent.

5. Responsible for follow up sales lead.

6. Answer customer's enquiry via phone and email.
