职位要求：
1. 精通粤语，英语口语标准流利；
2. 有酒店及客服 经验的应聘者优先考虑；
3. 大专以上学历；（欢迎应届毕业生应聘）
4. 态度积极；注重团队合作；
5. 具有较好的沟通能力，有较强的销售意识和客户服务意识；
6. 耐心，责任心强。
Position Summary:
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policy to callers. Accommodate and document special requests.
Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
Input and access data in reservation system.
Indicate special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel ageinspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct and rate into the reservation system.
Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.

通过接听电话按要求完成新的客房预订，更改或取消旧的预订。
确认客人的需要并建议适合的房型。
核实合适房型和房价是否可以提供。向致电者解释清楚我们能保证到的特价，取消政策，调解一些具体要求。
回答关于酒店与其他服务设施、客房住宿条件的咨询。
遵循销售技巧，使得收益最大化。
在预订系统里输入可行的数据。
在预订系统里输入正确的代码选择正确的价格，表明特殊客房预订（如：免费住宿，员工价，旅行社员工特殊奖励价，批量预订等）
