Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive planning, controlling cost & expenses, monitoring work processes.
- Development and measurement of process and cost optimization.
- Introduction of KPI - System to issue targets, define process and manage deviation.
- Monthly reporting including KPI organization in cooperation with finance manager.
- Preparation of investment feasibility analysis and budgeting.
- ERP project organization & implementation.
- Set up internal accounting regulations together with GM.
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business, operational and financial plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance major is priority.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English.

- 8 years experience of financial management in manufacturing industry, incl. 2 years as controller or relative position, with foreign company working background;
- Good skills in organization process including ERP, with experience of the over whole operations process in electronics factory.
- Good experience for establishment and implementation of KPI system.
- Strong resistance to pressure and strong personality to push corporate decisions.
- Good communication and coordination ability and team cooperation spirit.
