职责：
1 根据公司总体战略和经营目标，制定品牌策略，包括品牌的定位、价值取向、个性、市场目标消费群等重要内容。
2 制定产品不同时期的广告策略，制定、执行年、季、月度广告计划，包括媒体推荐、投入费用预算及损益评估。
3 监督控制媒体合作项目执行及效果保障；汇总媒介信息及行业动态，对媒体的趋势以及新媒体资源整合分析。
4 根据产品的定位、规格、店面等有关产品和品牌的标准，策划并组织制作产品的宣传资料、新产品包装，展品等。组织执行对新产品包装、规格、等相关资料的设计和制作。
5 研究市场的需求、竞争对手的产品等，挖掘产品的卖点，为产品推广活动、销售活动等提供依据。
6 制定线上、线下的预算计划，并组织执行计划。
7 设计并组织执行品牌推广计划、公共关系活动。

要求：
1. 有家电或快消国内知名品牌的运营经验。
2. 注重实效传播，有成功案例。
3. 五年以上4A公司或相关行业经验。
4. 熟悉掌握品牌运作方式与技巧，熟悉国内媒介资源，拥有良好人脉关系。
