Job Description:
- Create and execute project work plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; Ensure project documents are complete, traceable, packed and shipped appropriately; Ensure project legal documents are completed and signed;
- Execute project related work delegated by Business Manager, broadly in relation to project schedule and completeness. Ensure project related cases are well registered;
- Assist Business Manager in both internal and external communication.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive limited, conceptual or cosmetic information from BU Mgr and preliminary plan for initiation of project. Creation of detail project plan and task list;
- Coordinate, organize, collect works from different parties for consolidation;
- Generate work progress reports, keep track and report on project status;
- Register project record and document into Central Filing System;
- Register project related issues such as 8D reports, complaint report etc.;
- Perform special tasks to cater project needs delegated by Business Manager;
- To perform on-site monitoring on an occasional basis.

Knowledge and Competence Required for the Job:
- University graduate with major in Mechanical Engineer / Material Science / Business Management;
- At least 5-year of hands on project management experience is required; working experience in system flow preparation from scratch. Familiar with material will be an advantage;
- Excellent computer skill in MS office, CAD skills; Pro/E or Solid work Skills;
- Strong communication skills, well organized and clear mind, attentive;
- Can work independently & under pressure;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, CET6 or above.
