Responsibilities:
1.Assist the manager to supervise and manage group's operation, guide and coordinate routiness of the team.
2.Cooperate internally of IDM group and take charge of all related IDM materials, and cooperate with production assistant depts.
3.Lead and share the buyers in group with experienced skills and knowledges.
4.Take a leader for critical project of group/department.
5.Develop and audit vendors with potentials periodically and purchase qualified materials to meet product demands.
6.Keep sourcing qualified materials to meet ROHS & REACH compliances.
7.Responsible for negotiation of all IDM materials, including tooling and unit price, and submit the report to management for approval before updates in system.
8.Provide quotations timely for new project & materials based on engineering data.
9.Trace and analyze the market situation of raw materials ,and deal with vendors' requests on price up/down accordingly before submit the report to management for approval .
10. Control material cost ,schedule cost down.
11. Complete department daily , weekly and monthly reports on time .
Requirements:
1.College or associate degree above .
2.With 5 years of sourcing experience ,familiar with indirect materials for production as well as the market situation of raw materials.
3.Above CET-6 or good command of spoken and written English
4.With strong negotiation skills.
5.Familiar with logistics and finance workflows.
6.Familiar with operation fo EXCEL and WORD software
